Returns Policy
Our returns policy is as follows: We aim to please, so in the unlikely event
that you are not satisfied with your Orgone Amulet or Angel Fingers Massager,
simply Email us within 7 days and return it to us in the same
condition as we sold it to you, for a 100% refund - you only pay the return
postage! If you ordered Colloidal Silver or Hydrogen Peroxide, let us know if
the package arrives damaged! Emails will be answered within 24 hrs at most!
Delivery Timeframes
You can typically expect a First Class delivery to arrive within 2-5 days of posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a First Class parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This only happens very rarely and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 14 days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 14 days have passed. Unfortunately we cannot trace any Mail once it has been sent.
If the item does not turn up
If 14 days have passed since the dispatch date, please email us at ‘sales at elementals-astrology.co.uk’ and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please include your Name & Address and the date of dispatch, and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation and claim that we will make with the Royal Mail and as confirmation of a lost parcel.
